Refund Policy
- Refunds if any will be made only to the bank account provided by the recipient. No cash payments will be made.
- In case of International customers refunds will be made to any bank account in India only.
- If the order is cancelled by the recipient the refund will be made to any Indian bank within 48 working hours, if the recipient has any deposits or any liabilities on you.
- In case of return goods refund will be made after 7 days of receiving the goods.

Retrun Policy
- If your parcel is being delivered to you by a courier company and the parcel is open or damaged, do not receive it. Take a photo and send it via WhatsApp or mail.
- Item Received In Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Product Delivered. If You Have Received Damaged Product Or Wrong Item Please Mail Us on raalenterprise6355@gmail.com With Your Order Number And Received Product Picture Within 24 Hours. If You Have Any Problem In Product You Have To Register A Complain Within 24 Hours.
- Colour Change : If In Colour There Is Miner Difference That Is Not Accepted.
- Colour Accepted For Refund Like You Have Place Pink And Received Black So That Is Accepted.
Note :- If a product is defective or damaged it will be replaced (returns not accepted).
