At RaalSilk, every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Kindly review our policy before placing an order.
1️⃣ Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Customised products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
2️⃣ Refund Policy
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method only.
• Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• International shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
3️⃣ Returns Policy
Due to limited stock collections and product nature, we do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Size or fitting issues
• Colour preference
• Minor colour variation (5–8%) due to screen resolution
• Incorrect product selection by customer
We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
4️⃣ Colour Variation Policy
• Minor colour differences (approximately 5–8%) may occur due to lighting and screen display settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
• Replacement/Refund for colour will only be accepted if a completely incorrect colour is delivered (example: Pink ordered but Black received).
5️⃣ Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share clear parcel images and a proper uninterrupted unboxing video.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
After verification, we will provide:
• Replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
Returns are not accepted, but verified defective or damaged products will be replaced.
6️⃣ Open Box Video Policy (Mandatory)
To ensure transparency and fair resolution:
• Customers must record a clear, continuous open box video while opening the parcel.
• The video must start from the sealed package and clearly show the product condition.
• No claims regarding damage, missing items, or wrong product will be accepted without proper opening video proof.
If the parcel appears tampered at delivery, please refuse acceptance and inform us immediately.
Once the order is shipped and received without valid proof of issue, it will be treated as final sale.
7️⃣ International Orders
• International orders are not eligible for exchange.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
• If customs clearance is not completed, shipping charges remain non-refundable.
